COMPETITORS:

Format - This is a Quintet format, with 5 minute rounds to encourage action and discourage stalling. Ruleset will be the UFC Fight Pass Invitational with slight modifications - see Rules section for full details

Attire - No-gi uniforms

Day before Event (Sept 20) - Please show up to the event location one day prior for the rules session, run of show de-brief and overall walkthrough of the building - we’ll send emails ahead of time with specifics

Day of Event (Sept 21) - We will begin at 9:30 AM and the full schedule with brackets will be sent a few weeks prior to the event

The APEX Facilities - Fear not, you will be able to shower and have clean restrooms throughout the day, you will have your own warmup areas with mats, you will be spoiled with how clean the amenities are - see pics on this page - also visit the main UFC APEX page on their website to explore their photo gallery

SPECTATORS & COMPETITORS:

Event Location - Will be held inside the main UFC APEX building located at: 6650 EL CAMINO LAS VEGAS, NV 89118

End of Event - We will have a lot of local families in attendance as their gyms will be representing the competitors so we plan to end the event around 4pm

Parking - We will have use of the parking lot at the APEX, the parking fee is $20, please bring cash - see image below or visit their main UFC APEX site

Lodging - There is a new Marriott half a block away from the APEX, and it’s affordable since it’s off the strip, we recommend that hotel, it also has a great complimentary breakfast and washer/dryer

Food & Beverages - There will be food trucks outside of the building, and beverages will be for sale inside the building (non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages)

Physical Security - There will be security walking around, and you will need to walk through metal detectors - please do not bring weapons
